Delaney Metcalf

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of GCG Advisory Partners, Delaney Metcalf brings nearly a decade of Corporate Development, M&A, and Capital Solutions experience in the wealth management industry. Delaney joins GCG from Osaicone of the nation's largest wealth management platforms with more than $700 billion in assets under administration — where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Growth & Succession Planning, leading the firm's recruitment, succession planning, lending and credit strategy for a network of more than 10,000 financial professionals.

Delaney joined Osaic (formerly Advisor Group) in 2017 working in Corporate Development and rose through the firm over nine years where he evaluated and integrated seven strategic acquisitions across Osaic's affiliated broker-dealers and RIAs growing the firm’s client assets from $160B to $700B. As SVP of Capital Solutions, he expanded Osaic's lending platform, including the launch of Osaic CapitalHub in 2025 — a digital loan marketplace built in partnership with Community Capital Technology that connected advisors and their clients to a nationwide network of more than 1,400 lending institutions.

Earlier in his career, Delaney held multiple analytical roles in Corporate FP&A and Capital Markets at U.S. Bank, where he built the analytical foundation he still draws on for deal evaluation, advisor economics, and growth strategy.

At GCG, Delaney is focused on Strategic Planning & Budgeting, Financial Reporting & Audit Oversight, and Strategic Partnerships & Integrations, working closely with the executive team to accelerate the firm’s expansion across the affiliated network and support partner advisors with the resources they need to scale.

Delaney holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business. He also completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, Delaney enjoys golfing, boating, concerts, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
